Tell us about your new concept, Persona Neapolitan Pizzeria…
Persona is a fast casual concept where the guest gets to “build” or pick a choice of crust, sauce, cheese and toppings that they want on their pizza. We have prefixed pizza specials along with custom built salads, gelato, beer, wine and soda. The pizza is fired in 1.5 minutes!
 

You have been a loyal Revention user for many years – what is it about the business partnership that keeps you happy? Revention is always seeking to improve on its products and service and that forward-thinking is what keeps me happy. The service is the best in the industry!
 
How do you feel that Revention has added to your brands in the past and currently? The technology and programs in place add value on a daily basis, from tracking food cost and delivery mapping to LIVE customer support 24/7/365.
 
Businesswise, do you feel that modern technology, specifically an all-in-one solution such as Revention, is mandatory in today’s highly competitive restaurant industry?  Absolutely! If you’re not on the cutting edge of advancement your competition will pass you by.
 
Are there any specific features of the Revention system that you feel have directly and positively affected your profits? Tracking food cost through menu items lets us know how best to cross utilize ingredients to minimize waste and the also lets us know when menu items are not selling as well, so we can make changes that will increase profits.

You are planning an exciting national expansion. Do you feel that Revention technology will play a helpful role in that? Yes indeed. We will be able to deliver each Revention system with our complete menu installed, and the reliability of the system and Revention support gives us confidence that all our franchisees will be taken care of, quickly and professionally.

What has been the most rewarding part of your journey thus far with your new concept? Great partners collaborating on a new concept is very exciting and the result has been very happy guests loving our concept, quality and price point.
 
Being as successful as you are, what advice would you give to other restaurant owners out there like yourself?
You cannot cut corners on quality, especially when others depend on your expertise! At Persona we have a long term goal to provide a high level of quality support to our future franchisees and our partnership with Revention is a big part of our success.
