Revention POS Solutions
Programmers (Multiple
positions available)
Looking for programmers that are proficient
with VB.Net, SQL Server (2000/2005), ASP.Net, and Crystal Reports.
Must be able to work independently or in a group. Computer
related degree required. US Citizenship required. Competitive
salary and full Health / Dental package.
Support Specialist:
Shifts Needed at
this Time: Monday – Friday, 11am – 8pm (will work
earlier shift until training has concluded, then move to this
shift)
- Provide technical support
(POS software and simple hardware issues) for restaurant
personnel of all levels via phone and dial-in access.
- Determine difference between simple/complex hardware issues
and escalate the complex hardware issues to the hardware
specialist.
- Document technical support issues in Help
Desk database, follow-up with customers, and actively pursue
resolutions to all technical support issues.
- Build
menus/databases for upcoming POS installations within the POS
software provided.
- Interact with customers to tweak and modify their menus/databases
prior to their installation date.
- Compile visual layouts of cabling requirements for
customers using MS Visio program.
Sales Engineer
Develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to increase company revenues. Understand and communicate product information. Prepare proposals that include hardware, software and services. Maintain and exceed sales quotas. Track sales activity. Some travel is expected. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years hospitality
experience Proficient with MS Office applications, including
Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Sales experience preferred
Ability to understand client needs and demonstrate the impact
and ROI of products and services Excellent verbal and communication
skills Ability to perform product demonstrations
Ability to learn technical aspects of the products
Strong interpersonal skills with a background in customer
service
Base salary plus commission with benefits.
POS Installer and Trainer
Install point of sale systems in new and existing restaurants nationwide. Also provide training for staff, management and owners. Previous restaurant experience required. Technical background and certifications are preferable. Position requires 75% travel.
Qualifications:
Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
2 years restaurant management experience
Ability to understand client needs
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Sense of urgency and multitasking ability.
