Roman's, Inc. Selects Revention POS for its Traditional
QSR Locations
August 18, 2005
HOUSTON – Noble Roman’s, Inc., the national franchisor of Noble Roman’s Pizza and Tuscano’s Italian Style Subs, has selected the Revention POS solution as the standard system for all of its traditional carry-out and delivery locations.
Founded in 1972, Indianapolis-based Noble Roman’s has sold over 1,300 franchises across the U.S. and in Guam, Italy, Puerto Rico and Canada. According to company president Scott Mobley, “You must constantly look toward the future to stay competitive in the foodservice business, and we believe Revention’s POS will give our franchisees a competitive edge.”
Revention president Jeff Doyle said his company takes a unique approach to developing its POS systems: It doesn’t tell customers what they need to improve their operations, it asks.
“So often we hear that other companies expect an operator to change the way they run their restaurant to accommodate the point of sale system,” Doyle said. “We take the opposite approach by customizing the program to each customer’s exact needs.”
Mobley echoed Doyle’s sentiment: “Whether we are analyzing data from multiple locations or improving individual store operations, Revention has provided our franchisees with the tools they need.”
Like Noble Roman’s, Revention is a rapidly growing company. To date, the POS company has enjoyed a 300 percent sales gain over the same period in 2004. Sales director Laura Gaudin credits the growth to a market demanding more advanced point-of-sale solutions. “Operators are now educated in point-of-sale, and they are no longer willing to accept old technology.”
