| | Revention Support Introduces Expanded Call Center for Continued Excellence in Customer and Support Services In correlation with the Call Center expansion, Revention also recently implemented an improved call-routing phone system that allows customers to go directly to the department they need. The new system increases efficiency and decreases call hold-times, streamlining our customer service and support process. Casandra Rodriguez, the Director of Support Services, states, “We want to make sure that, as we grow, we continue to maintain our high level of performance in taking care of our customers before, during, and after their installs.”
